Refund and cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel your service and be refunded in full if you cancel 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of your appointment, however if you cancel within the last 48 hours prior to your appointment a processing fee of $55 will apply .
No refunds will be given once your consultation has taken place.
Delivery policy
For consultations in person or via skype: Once you purchased the product of your choosing and you received a receipt, we will contact you to book your appointment , alternatively you can book by clicking HERE. Please note booking must be made within 45 days of payment.
As for product delivery , this not offered at this stage , but we are looking into it in the near future.
